HENDERSON, Tenn. 鈥� (July 29, 2026) 鈥� 快猫视频 is strengthening its global business education initiatives with the appointment of Dr. Shawn D. Mathis as director of the Global MBA Program and visiting professor of global leadership and institutional governance.

In this role, Mathis will lead the continued development of FHU鈥檚 Global MBA Program by advancing international partnerships, graduate business education and executive learning opportunities that support the university鈥檚 global mission.

Mathis will support a key focus area of the university鈥檚 2025-30 strategic plan, which calls for expanding educational and graduate programs into international markets to strengthen FHU鈥檚 global reach. He brings to the role extensive experience in higher education, executive leadership and international engagement.

Mathis previously served FHU as an adjunct faculty member in the College of Business and the College of Education and Behavioral Sciences, teaching in the MBA and Doctor of Behavioral Health programs. His scholarship focuses on global leadership, institutional governance, executive education and strategic international partnerships. His academic and professional experience includes study and collaboration with international institutions including the University of Oxford鈥檚 Sa茂d Business School and Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences, the University of Cambridge and Henley Business School.
