The FHU 2025-2030 Strategic Plan, Rooted and Flourishing, blends a forward-thinking vision with a respectful acknowledgement of our heritage. Created collaboratively with University stakeholders, this dynamic plan focuses on four key themes: Student Experience, Financial Resilience and Agility, Organizational Stewardship and Excellence, and Connecting Communities to the FHU Story. During the 2026-2027 Academic Year, eleven initiatives have been implemented to achieve the plan’s goals.
